Empires and Allies is the popular, rapidly-growing, brand new Zynga game that blends the gameplay of CityVille with popular strategy and war games such as Risk and Civilization to create a new, family-friendly yet still competitive war game experience, the likes of which might be the most original Zynga game yet. The second and slightly less well-known way is to replay certain battles over and over. You can always earn massive amounts of money in battles simply because of what your adversary drops and what kind of rewards you earn if you win the battle, but certain battles are worth more than others. The battle that's worth the biggest rewards early on in the game is the final battle of Cape Pleasant III, where you take on Captain Krunsch and five of his ships, including his "boss ship", the Butcher, with two of your own ships. The first time you fight this battle against him it will be tougher, since he has the Butcher with 75 hit points and you have nothing close to that (unless you use a power-up, which makes it easier). However, you'll win The Butcher after beating this battle for the first time, and when you win the Butcher, simply deploy it every time you replay the battle and use it to take out all of his Ironclad Gunboats. Deploy a vintage carrier as well, because the vintage carrier is perfect for taking out the Butcher. This is an easy battle to win, and using these two ships, you'll rack up a massive amount of critical hits and critical kills. Here's where the money comes in though: each time you win this battle on a replay, you will earn a bonus of 900 coins, You can play this battle up to 4-5 times on one full energy bar (possibly even more if you get lucky), which translates to large numbers of coins each time you play the game.

The third and least well-known way to earn lots of coins in this game is the "arch trick". For this trick, you need to have a lot of friends and neighbors. If you don't have a lot of friends and neighbors and you don't mind having strangers on your Facebook friend list, you can go to a site such as gamersunite.coolchaser.com or to the official fan page for Empires and Allies and add random people, and then request to become their ally. Doing this will provide you with a massive upper hand in this game, and for the purposes of the arch trick, it will provide you with a multitude of coins.
