Millionaire City Facebook guide: cheats, hints, tips, tricks, hacks, strategies, how-to

By

Millionaire City is an addictive, fast-growing Facebook game by Digital Chocolate, Inc. It takes a huge influence from the extremely addictive classic computer game and videogame, Sim City, and it's played in a similar fashion, but of course, with the social influence included that comes from being on Facebook. In this game, you are a wealthy real estate developer, and you get to name your city once, build it, build all of the residential and commercial buildings around it, and use these to try to make money and get rich. But like all games, cheats make it easier to play. Don't download sketchy programs that could potentially virus your computer. Just use the free cheats below!

First of all, there are some cheats that require hacking tools such as Cheat Engine and Fiddler, but for the purposes of this article, I will be writing about cheats, tricks and strategies that are completely legal, that you can do within the game. Still interested? Good, keep reading.

First of all, build your residential properties around a pizzeria. When you do it this way, your pizzeria will make a LOT more money because there are nearby residents to go there. But be sure to collect the money from your properties or both the residential areas and the pizzeria will become irrelevant.

Do the Pizzeria tip with other businesses too - center businesses in the middle of groups of residential properties.

Try to crowd buildings together as much as possible and fit more in less space. And going with that, don't build a ton of roads, even though they are free - only build what your city planning requires you to build. Save space for buildings if at all possible.

Don't ignore decorating - decorating your city increases your property values, and thus your income.

Place both businesses AND decorations in areas that will have the highest influence on the most residential houses - make both of these the centerpiece of otherwise residential areas. This will drastically increase your income and your property values

Multiple commercial buildings can earn money from the same house, so don't think that you have to limit your commercial buildings. Build more commercial buildings to increase your income.

Scroll your mouse arrow over the pizzeria and you'll see what its area of influence is, and where the customers would come from. Make sure plenty of residents are in these areas!!

Get a lot of friends and neighbors too. You can use 'add me' sites to find other Millionaire City players and build your neighbor list as well.

Visit your friends' cities and upgrade their stuff. In return, they will upgrade your buildings too. And this is another reason why you should make a lot of friends.

Before you build buildings, make sure you plan out your next moves. Plot out where your buildings will go, and how much space you will need. Will you need a 3x3 lot? A bigger lot? Outline that lot that will be your future building. Don't leave yourself screwed by a lack of planning.

Place decorations with large influence areas. Fountains, for example, are great because of their large decorative influence.

And don't be fooled by the temptation to build houses that have a high base profit, low tenant amount. Build houses with a low base profit, high tenant amount, because that's a stack of tenants that you have living all together, meaning that when you build nearby commercial buildings, you can flood them with business thanks to all the tenants, which equals more money for you. And of course, the decorations nearby will affect more tenants at once.

Usefull tips, especially when you are just starting the game. I have no extra tips yet, but I will let you know when I find out during the game.

If you are going to play the game often, build businesses close to houses to increase your 3 minute income, if your gonna only hop on here and there, build decorations that add lots of property value, that way your 4 hour, 8 hour, etc., times will produce more, if your not around to collect money every 3 minutes, then plan to make bigger bucks with longer contracts

rosina sanquedolce 19 months ago

u have to plan what u are going to plan because if you dont you'll end up spending more money trying to keep up with cindy and what she wants from you for ex: night club near houses and bussiness.

Karl 18 months ago

Put your decorations around the high values houses, that way the percentages equal more money

theseGuides Suck 17 months ago

why has no one done a guide listing how many tenants are in each house?! its about the ONLY info you need and the only info you cant get until youve already wasted your money! Dont want to spend 50m on a house to find out theres only 5 tenants.

Marc Magaraci 17 months ago

i agree with theseGuides Suck. there should be a list of how many tenants r in each contract with each different house.

Millionaire City Pro 17 months ago

Instead of getting Pizzeria get the Coffee or Flower Shop, and when you have 3 Mill get the Jeweller's.

And, for "These Guides Suck" The Bungalow has 3 tenants, and for Bungalow Luxury has 6 and Kioko house has 6,Townhouse has 5, Townhouse Lux has 6,Duplex has ?, Duplex Lux has 9, Three story has 5, Three story Lux has 6, Apartment Block has 20, Gingerbread House has 20 Gingerbread tenants,Colonial House has 5, Apartment Block Lux has 28,Eco House has 6, Villa has 6, Loft Block has 25, Skyscraper has 35, Chrystler Building has 50, Chateau has 5, Skyscraper Lux has 50, and House of Christmas has 5.

P.S. if you have 50mill don't buy Luxury Mansion, i am not talking about like Skyscraper Lux, I am talking about the house that's called Luxury Mansion. The reason why I don't know how many tenants are in the Duplex is cos i don't have it, and I have everything else, sorry I did not tell you the really high level ones cos I haven't got them yet.

Try being patient whilst playing this game. You can't expect to get a lot of money in playing the game for just a day. Earning lots of money will come in time.. Here are some tips in getting a lot of money and achieving higher ranks. First of all, Only buy things that you think are necessary, the more money you save the more it will help you in the future. Also don't buy things that leave you with no money in the end. You will need to keep around 40,000 dollars for emergencies. For example, if for any reason you can't get on the game and they start a party in all your houses you are going to experience a huge loss. This money will help you get your contracts back. Also stack the money you have.. Unless you are capable of buying some gold and transferring them into money, you need to start saving up money. Saving up money will allow you to buy higher priced apartment blocks and villas, which means you will get more money. Also sooner or later you will start running out of space because you will get more and more buildings. You will need 4,000,000 dollars to expand your space and if you want to continue to get higher priced things you will need this money to buy them and to put it for rent. Once you are at a point of satisfaction with the money you are receiving you don't need to continue buying houses or expanding the size of your city. You can simply just stack up the money. As I mentioned, you need to be patient. You should always choose the 3-day renting contract because you will get the most amount of money. In the game it doesn't matter about how long you can play the game it about how long you are willing to wait. The longer you wait, the more money you will earn. Which is the best after all. It requires you to be on the game for a shorter amount of time but willing to give you the most money out of all the other contracts. Getting short contracts can however help you getting rewards. Those rewards where they require you to put 100 houses on rent, it will give this reward to you the fastest. But when there is no reward it can be a pain. Collecting your money every three minutes prevents you to do anything else. Always choose the 3-day contract unless there is a reward for using another one. Also be logical. Before doing something make sure you know what it is that you are doing. Try to find all the pros and all the cons before doing anything. If there are more pros than cons, it obviously means you shouldn't do it. Keep stacking up your money and make sure you know what you are doing! Good Luck!

The first half of what you said was good, the second half was just plain wrong. Shorter contracts require you to play the game more, but they do get you more money in the same ammount of time. While longer contracts get you more money per contract, shorter contracts make more money per hour. (Ex: two 1/2 hr contracts will make you more money than one 1 hr contract) also, there is a guide on houses: http://millionairecity.wikia.com/wiki/Villa

The Observer has some good points.

On the time for rents: Generally I use the 3 day contract for the small houses and the few really good properties I have, time it for the next time I log in, or 3 min or 30 min if I'm on a lot.

I use the commerce method of making money. Population for a residence is highest at the 18 hour mark, which is rather awkward for any time but the weekend. So I time the 3 day rent to mature just before the weekend, and then put the houses on two 18 hour contracts in a row (for maximum commerce clicking revenue) then back on 3 days during the week. Be careful about ultimate skyscrapers and other residences of the same level, their 18 hour population is lower instead of higher. So don't apply the 18 hour rent to them.

Nathan Cain 12 months ago

I play on my Samsung Galaxy S and I have come up with a design to make the most of the grid around commerce. maximising the rent and profit from the shops via the most surrounding tenants.

The best way i have found to collect rent and still get some work done is:

I set the rent to 30 minutes and set a kitchen timer, work for 30 minutes then when the timer goes off I collect rent and do it again, thus making the most of my time while still collecting good rent.

Remember the best rent is the shortest amount of time but you need to make sure that you collect the rents when they are due or you could lose out.

When thinking about adding value and getting the most from your space sometimes trees add more value to surrounding property than a littler house like the bungalows.

With the right forward planing you can use the space you have to your advantage and make the most money in the shortest time.

Love the game and hope this helps.

The best decoration of the game is the Spurce, it gives +5% and it costs only 8500$. And the best house is The Chateau, and it is smart to buy your wonders early so you can earn the extra % much faster.

i have been reading some of these and quite alot say the only thing u need to know is how many tenents. and r disapointed cos they spent 50mill on a lux mansion or summin and it only has 5 tenents. well if u weren't dumb u would realise it gets like nearly 10 times and average 3x3 house.

Heliborio 8 months ago

There's no guides anywhere, telling me the mechanics of the game does not help at all, I need to know the number of tenants and the the rents to see if is worth buying the building or if is just crappy before spending >200 M.
